What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Diarrhoea?

I've been experiencing stomach problems for 3 days now. I've been nauseous and have a pain that comes and goes in the middle of my abdomen. Whenever I've eaten, I have had terrible diarrhea. I'm still hungry, though. The first day I felt ill, I had chills and a fever. Please help!
