What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy just 2 wks ago vaginally with the robot assistance. In the past two or three days I have noticed my abdominal pain seems to be getting worse and I have scant amount of brownish blood on my mini pad. Should I be concerned and call the surgeon or is this normal following this kind of procedure?
