What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain When Trying To Conceive?

I am trying to get pregnant. It was around 10 days till my period start that I felt some shooting pains at my sides off and on and also some pullings around my belly. Then after two days being late I had my period but instead of 5 days is last for three days. And I still have my pains and pulling feelings. What is this? Can you help me? I afraid to get test and found out....
