What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

My doctor attempted to fit a copper coil 5 weeks ago, after trying she said it wasnt possible because I had a long vagina and a tight cervix. I was then told to go to the hospital and get it fitted with a cervical block. I left the surgery, then felt faint, sick sweaty and clammy and had to sit on the kerb. I stupidly drove home, and felt worse, my stomach was in complete agony. I couldnt stand, had diaorrea and was sick. I phoned the doctor and she gave me a painkiller injection in my bum, she said it would take 10 minutes to work, 30 minutes later I had been sick and still in a lot of pain. She gave me valium and diclofenac and sent me away. I tried o battel through it, as I have a high pain threshold. The next day my partner forced me to go to hospital. I went and they did a internal exam and felt my tummy and the pain was intense. She gave me max dose of co-codomal. Still in agony, hot water bottle didnt help at all, could sit up on my own and couldnt stand straight. Went to the hospital the next day and was given two different types of antibiotics. They were on for 10 days and still with all that I was in a lot of pain. I then got bloods and swabs done which came back clear. I have now had a ultrasound which has come back clear. I am still in pain, and feel sick (no not preggers!) not as bad as initially but still very uncomfortable. What do I do? I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, but realistically what is wrong with me? I am going out of my mind. And no, the coil wasn't fitted didnt even go inside me. I havent had children but do in the future. Thank you for your help.
