What Causes Severe Back And Neck Pain?

I am a female, 35. Weigh 200. 5'9". I suffer with chronic back pain. Sometimes in my neck, sometimes mid back, typically everywhere except low back hurts. It comes and goes but always have something hurting. I have tried massage. She thinks i have fibromyalia. Says I have a lot of inflammation. My chiropractor helps on occasion. Sometimes my pain in.mid back wraps around my ribs on the side. Left is worse right now. I started seeing an acupuncturist recently who says that if it was soft tissue it should be getting better. He thinks it could be spleen or kidney. My medical Dr has given me steroids to help with inflammation and muscle relaxers. I feel frustrated. Everyone says something different.
