What Causes Severe Back And Stomach Pain With Pink Discharge?

i was on a different birth control then my doctor switched me and i had to go 2 days with out my birthcontrol now iam having a brown/ light pink discarge that lasted for like 1 hour now it is gone and iam haveing sever pack and stomach pain can anyone tell me what it might be?
