What Causes Severe Back Pain?

Hey my name is tracey I suffer from severe back pain everyday I just had blokers done in my back I have bougin even dicks in my back and lowed with spires in my back and have artristies in back and left hip witch I suffer in pain with everyday I'm on a lot of meds for it I takeoxycodone 30ml every 12 hours and I take 10/325oxycodone in the morning I was would've ring if they made a 60 ml Oxyedcodone so I done have to take 2of the 30 twice a day I was wondering if just taking the 1of 60 a day would be better if possible if they make them I hate living in pain everyday and seem it's getting worse I just want to feel better
