What Causes Severe Bloating Along With Blood In Stool?

Last night I went to a rave and took a pill that I was told was speed based, I am a fairly regular pill user but lately I ve been feeling really sick in the abdomen and bloated during the comedown. However I just went to the toilet and found a lot of blood in my stool as well as some clots, it looked almost like period blood but I m not on my period. Is this something very serious that I need to go get checked out now or would it more likely just be from a sensitive stomach and a being constipated?
