What Causes Severe Body Ache?

i have cut mark in my write hand that time i was suffering in body acne for the treatment i had gone one skin specialist time of checkup Dr see my cut mark and advice me take one injection in skin cut mark not visible and he give injection but mark 80% finish i suffered white spot on same mark second time ask to Dr regarding white mark he told this is lecoderma is it possible there is no any sport in my family .please advice quickly and what is permanent treatment for this type of sport.
