What Causes Severe Breast And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have sharp pains in my breasts and lower abdomen I have had a serum pregnancy test and it came out negative, I also did a scan two weeks ago which showed no pregnancy. To top it all I had my period at the end of January (very heavy flow) the last time i was sexual active was in the second week of December. what could all these symptoms mean?
