What Causes Severe Breast Pain With Enlargement?

hello doctor.myself kritika from delhi,21 years,65kg and 5"5.for the past 1 month i am having severe breast pain along with enlargement.it has got weight....i mean i feel that it has got heavy....i have severe fungus infection....i have smoking habbit and has had an abortion at the age of 18 years..plz help me
