What Causes Severe Burning And Itching On Hands After Stopping Clindamycin?

I m having some side effects since I finished taking Clindamycin for an infection in my leg. I m having severe burning and itching if my hands and feet and a rash has appeared on my stomach and under my chin. I m taking Benadryl 50 mg g4 hrs. I m also experiencing chills. The chills are new to me since I stay so hot all the time. Should I take mord Benadryl? If so, how much more. The itching and burning is really driving me to distraction!
