What Causes Severe Burning Sensation On Both The Breasts?

I m a 57 yr. old woman with sarcoidosis, hypertension, anemic, with bouts of occasional irritable howell syndrome. Recently I m experiencing a burning sensation in both of my breasts. I m a 36 DD. What is causing this and what should I do. It started about a week ago at different times of the day and is occorring every other day. The sensation is on the outside towards my arms on both breasts. The sensation lasts between 5 and 10 minutes when it occurs. It may happen 2 or 3 times during that day.
