What Causes Severe Chest Congestion, Pain And Headache?

I was seen at the emergency room last saturday because my bones were very achy i had a hard time breathing and I was really congested. At that time i had no chest pain, however now my chest hurts really bad I m having an even harder time breathing and my head is killing me. I ve been taking motrin and using my inhaler constantly because i have asthma but i feel that when i use the inhaler my chest hurts more. what should i do? the previous er doctor said i was sick due to the change in weather.
