What Causes Severe Chest Pain Despite Being Diagnosed With Anxiety?

I m having really bad chest pain and the pain feels like chips caught in your chest but I haven t eaten anything for a couple hours and the pain comes at random times but only comes at night not during the day it s weird. And I don t have any disease or anything medically wrong with me and I don t take any medication for anything but I do have anxiety sometimes.
