What Causes Severe Cold, Cough Along With Fatigue?

i had cold and fever about 2weeks back. little cold was still there. then i drank too much of icy cold beer. after that, from yesterdayi am having sever cold, cough, night fever, fatigue. running nose. is this a flu or something else ? how do i cure ? thank yu
