What Causes Severe Constipation After A D&C With Hysteroscopy For Fibroids?

After a hysteroscopy D & C for fibroids on Tuesday with no comlications, I did experience severe constipation last night for 6 hours and ended up with thrombosed hemorrhoid. warm compresses / miralax are calming it down, I have had them before and also removed. I now have a pulsating throb in my left upper thigh. IS this anything to worry about?
