What Causes Severe Cough And Blood In Stool?

I am a normally healthy 47 yo black female. I ve never been sick not even so much as a cold. This past Friday I started coughing and have been having some congestion. Two days ago I noticed what looked like bright red (moreso pinkish) flash of blood after a bowel movement. I noticed again today. Now in addition to the blood my cough has become more bothersome-almost painful. I m not so much worried about the cough as I am the blood.
