What Causes Severe Cough With Chest Pain And Runny Nose?

I went to hospital on Saturday with some chest pain, but with a horrible smelly urine problem. They sain my chest was ok but I has a UTI. Now it is Weds. I called my Dr. can not get in and have to see the nurse practitioner, unless i go back to the ER. I am suffering with a horrible cough that goes deep in my chest and a horrible runny nose. My ear and nose are pluged. and my chest feels as though it going to cave from the back to the front with a bruning sinsation. What do you think?
