What Causes Severe Coughing Along With Body Pain?

I had several nodules 3-4 all different sizes. I had a test done and they are not cancerous. However, I had another test and found they have grown and I have additonal nodules now. I don t have a problem with swallowing but I do have a lot of caughing from time to time. I have been complaining to my doctor that something else is wrong as I am beginning to experience pain throught my body and all of my bone are cracking as if they are brittle. I m not sure if this issue is related to the thyroid problem.
