What Causes Severe Cracking And Peeling Of Finger Tips?

My fingertips are peeling and cracking so badly that they are extremely painful. The peeling is spreading over my area on my fingertips. It s like they have been burned. My feet are also so dry and callused that I ve been going to a podiatrist as they had gotten so bad, he thought I had athletes foot. However, after a biopsy it was just very hard dry callused skin.
