What Causes Severe Cramps After Supra-cervical Hysterectomy?

I am a 46 years old. Last April I had a supra-cervical hysterectomy with BSO due to cysts on both ovaries. I also had stage 4 Endo. and my cervix was adhered to my bowel which is why it was left. The last several months I've been getting cramps off and on but the last week it's been everyday and it's to the point that I need to take pain medicine so I can sleep. I had a urinalysis test done at my primary care doctors office this past week and it was also normal. What could be causing this problem?
