What Causes Severe Cramps Along With Yellow Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?

Hi, last night I had sex with my boyfriend, I am on the pill but we didn t use a condom. We were also drunk, I do not know if that will be relevant. Today I am experiencing cramp like pains, and a thick yellowish discharge, is this normal or is this something to worry about? Could it be pregnancy symptoms?
