What Causes Severe Cramps And Watery Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi. I recently only found out I am pregnant and I am nearly 5 months. I am having cramps every now and then in the front part of my pelvis and I have this watery slightly bloody discharge that can just run down my leg or just seems to be Fairly constant. It also has a strange odour. This has been for about 2 days. My blood pressure is pretty high too. But the watery like discharge is bothering me as its constant.
