What Causes Severe Cramps, Back Pain And Bleeding After Iletz Treatment?

Hi I ve had my implanon implant in for almost a year now which had stopped my periods , three weeks ago I had lletz treatment I was wondering if this will effect my healing in terms of bleeding , I was told I would bleed within the 6 weeks mark and that it would be like the end of a period , but I m suffering terrible cramp and back pain and the bleeding has become more like a period
