What Causes Severe Cramps In Abdomen Along With Sore Breasts?

I have 2 months dis coming 20.but before that already I drink 9 pcs of 200mg cytotoxic but I drink like daily is one of.i feel only cramping my stomach but tel now no blood out and I feel boobs always feeling different and butt feel tired,pls help me wat should I do
