What Causes Severe Cramps,bad Headaches And Loss Of Appetite?

hi i have recently gone off of my pill and i have had unprotected sex, recently i have been getting the worse cramps on my right hand side of my stomach and i first had white discharge for about 2-3 days than i got a light pinkish discharge for 2 days and it has now gone but the cramps are stil there some times the cramps are not to bad but than other times they are that bad i can hardley move the cramps are giving me a sore lower back as well and iv'e been getting really bad headaches and a loss of appetite... what could this be??
