What Causes Severe Diarrhea Even After Taking Anti Diarrhea Medicine?

I have Crohns disease and was recently hospitalized after a bout of diarrhea that lasted over eight weeks straight (had to wear double Depends). Now I m almost well in that the watery diarrhea is over; but every time I have to urinate, I have bowel movements also. (8-10 times a day). I m already on daily anti-diarrhea meds - Azathiaprine, LoMotl, Tincture of Opium. Any thoughts?
