What Causes Severe Dizziness While Standing Up, Laying Down And Closing Eyes?

I have had severe dizziness anytime I stand up quickly or lay down and close my eyes. It lasts about a minute. Also, Ive had those sulphur like burps for the same amount of time and my stomache gurgles. Is there anything I can take to stop this? ive had all the same meds and have not stopped or started anything new.
