What Causes Severe Ear Ache Along With Vertigo?

I am having severe ear ache it happens when I ride my scooter and the wind blows in them or if I am hiking or walking and the wind is blowing it feels like someone stabbed a knitting needle in my ear. I also at times experience vertigo. I have done a lot of deep diving in my past
