What Causes Severe Gastritis Along With Abdomen Pain?

I'm really tired...feeling like I'm coming down with something (yesterday and today) but I also have stomach pain. It feels like gas in my whole stomach but it hasn't gone away for the past 4 hours. Have never had that before. If I press on my stomach, it hurts all over
