What Causes Severe Gastritis Along With Nausea And Hiccups?

I have gastritis/gerd.. I take prilosec daily. Occasionally I will still get very nausea but instead of vomiting it's mostly hiccup like massive burps. Vomit on occasion. I also am extremely dizzy and feel like I can't get a deep breath in without feeling weak or like I'm fainting. When I stand my heart rate shots up until I balance myself.
