What Causes Severe Gastritis In Lower Abdomen Along With Duodenal Ulcer?

i am kamal. i have a lump of gas in lower right part of my intestine and scares in duedemum for 10 days. i took a lot of antacid and bitter medicine those days and now a days i can,t take those again. i don t feel any acidity in upper parts. so i haven t taken such medicine for 5 years. now a days gas is causing problem a lot. the volume of gas is a lot when i wake up in the morning. so i am weak at my work. I am taking lupila 10 for a week and it is showing better results. how long should i take it to cure the ulcer? do u suggest me any other things?
