What Causes Severe Hair Fall Since 5 Years?

Hi, im shigh...i am experiencing hairfall for more than five years..However it occurs at least twice a year and when i do suffer from hairfall it last for 1-2 month. I also notice that when i experience hairfall, my pimples are coming out too..i tried many herbal medicines that promises to reduce hairfall but they just dont work for me...im worried because my scalp is already seen...
