What Causes Severe Hair Loss Along With Extreme Exhaustion?

I've been losing my hair, and having extreme exhaustion. One minute I'll be fine and alert, and the next I'm so tired that I can barely keep my eyes open. Today I started noticing my mucous is blood red. My mood also changed in the blink of an eye. I'll be happy, then suddelny upset, then pissed. I think it's nothing, but I'm not for sure. Is it just nothing?
