What Causes Severe Hair Loss Along With Pimples On Face?

I'm a 31 year old woman the last year and a half my health has got extremely bad I've lost half of my hair and it hasn't regrowen , I get black almost splinter type pimples that don't heal ive had these black things in my nipples and in my eye lydes as well my skin on my face is pealing significantly bad ,my hearing and eye sight is bad,every inch of my body hurts its causing severe depression I've been to the doctors at least 50 times and they blow me off I only have Maine Care for insurance I'm desperate for help
