What Causes Severe Hair Loss, Fatigue, Weakness And Polyuria?

my daughter had some abnormal cbc values. she's been having numerous puzzling symptoms: significant hair loss, fatigue, weakness, polydypsia, polyuria, decreased appetite, joint pain and numerous othe vague complaints. our primary care md has recommended she see a hematologist and an endocrinologist. my daughter is 21 years old.
