What Causes Severe Headache And Blurred Vision?

26 yr old female, 5' 125lbs. For someone who does not regularly have headaches, what could be the cause of sudden, deep, annoying headaches, along with nausea, and sever upper neck pain, also random numbness of left thumb, and blurred vision in left eye. Headache is on right side of head.
