What Causes Severe Headache And Body Pain?

Severe headache - like nothing Ive had before. The pain is by my temples and is acute and throbbing. My body aches - muscles particularly legs and back. I have no other symptoms; no cough, sore throat, or high fever. I am not sensitive to light or sound. 49 year old male in good health. Non-smoker, exerciser, etc. Thank you
