What Causes Severe Headache And Chest Pain?

I am a pretty healthy 32 year old women. Recently I have been having severe headaches. On occasion I have felt something that feels like a sharp pain in my chest as well. I have a family history of early onset heart disease. My father died at 49. My grandmother had her first heart attack at 30 and the list goes on. Could these symptoms be heart disease?
