What Causes Severe Headache And Loss Of Bladder Control?

I've had an odd headache for the last day....dull at the back of my head and intermittent sharp stabbing pain on the back right side. Then, this evening I was standing in the kitchen and peed on myself without any warning. What's up? Do I have an anurism?
