What Causes Severe Headache And Lower Back Pain After Undergoing Lumbar Puncture?

Hi I had a lumbar puncture done yesterday and I have a severe headache today so I ve been instructed to lay around for the next 48 hours. I recently developed severe upper back pain. Wondering if it will go away on its own or if it means something more serious.
