What Causes Severe Headache And Pain In Neck And Shoulders?

I ve been having terrible headaches today, so I checked my blood pressure to see if it was up and it was 161/77. I do take two kinds of blood pressure meds. , and I did miss it one day this week two days ago. But I have been having headaches off and on since yesterday. So I m writing it off as a sinus issue since it feels like someone is trying to push my right eye out of my head, and my face hurts when I bend over, my kneck and shoulder hurt , what do you think?
