What Causes Severe Headache And Skin Sensitivity?

For 3 days I have had debilitating headaches and sensitive skin to touch. No fever, but I get goosebumps constantly. Otherwise I don't feel sick. I have never had migraines in the past and barely ever have regular headaches. Is this something to be concerned about?
