What Causes Severe Headache And Stomach Ache When All Reports Are Normal?

My husband is 25 years old, he is sufferinf from a severe headache and was hospitalised as his BP had shoot up to 240/110. He has gone through Brain MRI, Brain engiography, Renal Engiography, ECG, Hamoglobin, sugar and 2D echo all the reports are normal as well as BP is normal now, however the headache has been increasing day by day and he is suffering from stomach ache as well since last 3 days
