What Causes Severe Headache, Dizziness And Fever?

Hi, I have a realy bad headache, it started behind my eyes then moved to the middle of my skull, it feel like someone is driling through my skull into my brain, I get this every day, but to go with it, i always have bad fevers and get dizzy spells. What could this possibly be?
