What Causes Severe Headache, Dizziness, Breathing Difficulty And Pulsing Feeling In The Ear?

Just experienced an incredibly painful flash headache. It lasted about 1/2 minute and was located in the front above and slightly behind both eyes. It was intense and scary! I felt dizzy and like my breathing was effected. I could feel my pulse in my ear.
