What Causes Severe Headache Followed By Bleeding Nose And Ears?

my friend has got bleeding from har nose and from ears, she will get severe headache before bleeding starts, her blood reports are normal and MRI scanning is also normal, can u please help me in this regard also her face will swell and pain will be there during that time, pls help me out
