What Causes Severe Headache Followed By Numbness In Leg And Cheek?

I had a severe headache for two days starting sunday. I woke up monday morning with left side numbness in my leg and upper cheek. The leg has subsided but not the cheek. I have had trouble swallowing, and speaking at times. Slightly confused or slower responce. Should I be worried. I have had a TIA before. Its been 3 days now with cheek numbness.
