What Causes Severe Headache, Nausea, Lightheadedness And High BP?

Ive been suffering from a horrible headache for over a week. Take BP 166/102 HR 100, s/s nausea, lightheadedness on and off and when I bend down, Baseline is around 117/72 HR under 76, next day I go to PCP and he takes Bp 150/100, HR 100 and takes me out of work for three days and sends me home with lisinopril 10mg, Later I feel horrible w SOB etc, ER 170/100, HR 102 again, EKG, CAT scan, CXR, and labs all normal, 3hours later they were able to bring BP down to 130/90, I understand meds are going to take around a week to kick in but shouldn t I be trying to find out why this is happening instead of fixing a symptom and do you have any suggestions on who to go to next?
